Where are you located?

We’re at 2505 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 1B2.

What are your sales hours?

Sales is open Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

When is the service department open?

Service is open Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Service is closed on Sundays.

When are parts and the body shop open?

Parts is open Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The body shop is open Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Are you open on statutory holidays?

No. We’re closed on statutory holidays.

How do I book a service appointment?

Book online with our service booking tool using your VIN, email or phone number, or call service at 604-464-7377.

Do you service vehicles other than Ford?

Yes. Our service department and body shop work on all makes.

Do you have a body shop?

Yes. Our body shop handles collision and body repair for all makes and offers ICBC-accredited collision service. We’re also an ICBC-accredited Glass Express claim centre for windshield repair. Call the body shop at 604-464-2233.

Do you offer financing and leasing?

Yes. You can apply for credit online, and our finance department works with you on financing or leasing your vehicle.

Can you help if my credit isn’t perfect?

Yes. Our finance team works with all types of credit and with local lenders. Apply for credit online and a finance professional will contact you.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes. You can get a trade-in value online on our Value Your Trade page, or bring your vehicle in.

Do you sell used and certified pre-owned vehicles?

Yes. We sell used vehicles, including Ford Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned vehicles in Gold Certified and Blue Certified.

Do you work with commercial and fleet customers?

Yes. We sell Ford commercial trucks and vans and offer Ford Pro financing, charging and service.

Do you offer the federal EV incentive?

Yes. We’re a participating dealer in the federal Electric Vehicle Affordability Program. If you and your vehicle qualify, we apply the incentive right on your bill of sale or lease agreement. Our Federal EV Incentive page explains who qualifies.
